Churrasco Kabobs Recipe

As I mentioned in a previous post, I love steak. Steak. Steak. Steak. All in my belly. And chimichurri marinaded steak or Churrasco is become a fan favorite in my household.

Ingredients:

• Skirt steak

• Green and yellow zuchhini squash

• Jalapeno

• Onion

• Red bell pepper

• Chimichurri (homemade or you can settle for the store bought - directions below for chimi)

How to Make Chimichurri Sauce for Churrasco

Directions (Kabobs):

1) Put all ingredients on the kabob like you see in the pic above. Ain't that hard.

2) Lightly brush with Olive Oil.

3) Grill them bad boys to your favorite temperature.

4) Enjoy!
